Terms & Conditions

1. The programme will be available only by advanced reservation through our online booking system or faxed booking forms.

2. The reservation of programme is opened only for primary schools listed in MOE directory.

3. Reservations can be made online or via fax at least 5 working days in advance of the performance period.

4. The total duration for each show cum workshop is 2 hours; with the following breakdown
- 30 minutes pre-learning to be conducted by a teacher-in-charge
- followed by 60 minutes of actual show which involves some hands-on activities
- 30 minutes post-learning to be conducted by a teacher-in-charge

5. Each show is catered to a classroom size of 40 pupils to a maximum of 50 pupils.

6. The performers will undertake the set-up and dismantling of props for the shows.

7. Schools need to provide a suitable venue for the shows to be conducted. It should be either in a large open classroom that can accommodate up to 50 pupils and an area of 5m X 2m for the shows to be performed. The venue should preferably be air-conditioned, has power points, lightings and can be locked. During the programme, pupils will be divided into smaller groups for some hands-on activities.

8. Each booking will include pre and post-learning materials and coursework for the students and teacher-in-charge.

9. Each booking by a school will require a minimum of 3 performances and a maximum of 20 performances within 2 weeks. Please allow ½ day for on-site set-up and ½ day for on-site dismantling.

10. The following are charges for the shows. The booking charges will include delivery, set-up, dismantling of props and two performers.

11. Minimum booking period is for 3 days and maximum is 3 weeks. There is a cooling period of 1 month before the same school can book the same programme again.

12. All bookings are subject to availability. Administrator will revert within 3 working days of all booking requests.

13. Schools should ensure that the props for the shows be stored in a lockable and secure venue.

14. Failure to comply with the policies will result in loss of booking privileges.
